Blue Mountains Vision Quest

Thank you for registering for a Blue Mountains Vision Quest or Weekend Intensive. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and check the accept box below if you agree. Then continue to fill out the contact details form at the bottom of the page. Hit the Submit Application button and this will then take you to a Secure Server where you can pay your deposit either by credit card or direct transfer.

Please remember your registration is complete only after:

We have received your deposit and preliminary registration form (below)
You have completed and sent in the more comprehensive registration form (which we will email you) and it is approved by the program guides.
Then after approval you have paid the remaining balance of the program fee

After your registration is complete and confirmed we will send you preparation material, including information on travel and accommodation and a list of what-to-bring.

Programs are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early registration to secure your place and to provide sufficient preparation time.

Blue Mountains Vision Quest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Blue Mountains Vision Quest also reserves the right to screen participants for compatibility with the programs. For the safety of all participants, we require that participants be in good physical, mental and emotional health. BMVQ programs can be physically and psychologically challenging. We reserve the right to refuse service based on our assessment of these or other criteria.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
Deposit: a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to register for all Weekend Intensive Programs, and a $400 non-refundable deposit is required to register for all Vision Quest Programs.
Final Payment: Upon approval of your application we will send you an email confirming your request. In the email will be a link to a Secure Server to complete your payment. Only after paying this will your place be secure.

PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
If a minimum number of people are not registered in a program three weeks prior to the start date, the program might be cancelled. If BMVQ cancels a program due to low enrolment, registered participants will be given a full refund, or they can transfer their deposit to another program held within one year. BMVQ is not responsible for travel arrangements made before we confirm that the program has sufficient enrolment

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Read This Before You Register: Consider carefully your decision to enrol in a Blue Mountains Vision Quest program. Your decision to enrol represents a commitment to yourself and to us. Our cancellation policy is designed to support you with this commitment. With many years experience we can tell you that it is common, even appropriate, for people to feel some fear and resistance before traveling deeply into the inner or outer wilderness, especially as the start date gets closer. During your preparation time life may present significant obstacles (real as well as imagined, inner as well as outer) and it may seem impossible for you to proceed with the program. These apparent obstacles arise quite commonly and we believe that they are an important part of the experience. We ask that you register only when you are truly committed to attending.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the program or it is full.
Cancellations by you must be received in writing (email or post)
If you cancel 3 weeks or more prior to the start-date of a program, your deposit can be credited for another BMVQ Program within a year of the date that you notified us of the cancellation. This can be done only one time and a second non-refundable/non-transferable deposit must be received by our office in order to hold space in the later program.
For cancellations within 3 weeks of the program start date, all money paid is forfeited.
