vision quest wilderness immersion

Immerse yourself in the rainforest canyons of the Blue Mountains. Wash the hustle and bustle out of your head and open your senses to the wild elements of nature, discovering your essential part in it. We will spend the two days continually immersing ourselves into the landscape, watching, waiting, listening, feeling, connecting, interconnecting with nature, with ourselves, and with others. There is no better way to be 'In the Now' than in the presence of nature.

This weekend workshop focuses on establishing, and building on, your 'sense of place' - your perception and awareness of your surroundings and of yourself in it. This awareness is one of the quintessential tools of becoming more aware, not only of the outside world, but also of yourself and your belief system that drives you.

This workshop can be used on its own for personal development work or for increasing your Questing skills to get the most out of the longer wilderness based Vision Quest Programs.
